Nope. It’s a known fact that diets don’t work. It has to be a lifestyle change and motivated by the desire to get healthy.

They work because they cause your digestive system to empty. You lose the pounds alright, but you also get to be very good friends with Brother Jon.
I don’t know how many calories or exercise unless I know your current activity level.
Question: Why do you think most people resort to fad diets, “weight loose pills”?
Weight loose pills and such products do not work. The larger percentage of weight people loose when on this stuff is in the form of muscle which is bad. I can not for the life of me figure out why people just do not exercise, even just a little bit and simple change they way they eat i.e. good foods rather than the typical junk and God, the no fat, no carb nonsense.
I think for the most part it is laziness. What say you?

Question: what are some “at home” diets were you make your own food?
okay, i want to go on a diet, but i don’t want to go on one of the ones you order (jenny craig, acai berry, zone, etc.) and i also don’t want an all liquids diet. I’ve tried one were you make your own called the “CABBAGE SOUP DIET” and really liked it alot. So are there any others like that???

The best healthy “at home” diet is the new and improved cabbbage soup diet. Another one is similar to the csd but you use vegetables soup without cabbage. Find below a great csd website with enclosed forum.
Question: Are “Crash Diets” Really That Bad?
I have been on a diet that people may consider a “Crash Diet”.
But I have lost over 30 lbs in a month, I has helped me drop a couple of waist sizes, it has made me more active and energetic and it has also made me sweat less than I used to.
I have confidence now in college, I can walk out in small T-Shirts and shorts as before I couldnt because I felt like I was parading my fat.
I dont get it, whats so bad about them because right now I am on top of the world and I have never been this happy in years.
