Question: Just a quickie random question?
Is there anyone else that thinks that the “Fashion & Accessories” section should be further divided into a “Men’s” and “Women’s” section? I do. I mean, they’ve got “Men’s Health” and Women’s Health.” I am not reluctant to say that I am a somewhat style and fashion minded guy. So being a guy, I hate coming to browse this section and having to search through pages and pages of questons before I find a single question regarding men’s fashion. I don’t know, just something I thought about.

It is normal for some women to have bowel movements several times a day, and for yet some of them they can be large sized. The hormones can also affect our bowels when we have our periods which is why for some going to the bathroom when it comes to bowel movements can be easier.
I would recommend checking with your dr as well to see what they say.

Question: Question about “diets” and losing “water weight” plz answer?
I was wondering If every time we go on a diet, and we only lose “Water Weight” and gain it back as most people say…Then does this mean every single time I go on a diet and lose another 5-10pounds each time its still only water weight? Then how come this person looks skinnier and lost over 25pounds from diets? Is it ALL water weight??
This goes for all Quick-Loss diets.

Get your body fat tested or take measurements to make sure that it more than just water weight that you are losing.
