Question: Why do you think most people resort to fad diets, “weight loose pills”?
Weight loose pills and such products do not work. The larger percentage of weight people loose when on this stuff is in the form of muscle which is bad. I can not for the life of me figure out why people just do not exercise, even just a little bit and simple change they way they eat i.e. good foods rather than the typical junk and God, the no fat, no carb nonsense.
I think for the most part it is laziness. What say you?

Same reason people play the lottery, quick fix, and something for nothing.
Question: Do you think that low carb “diets” make you gain weight after?! ….. 1O points?
I know that if you got off the low carb diet and went back to eating donuts and pepsi, you’ll obviously gain the weight back!
But lets say someone did a low carb diet, and then suddenly started eating a more ‘balanced’ diet with carbs like yams and whole grains, would the person gain weight?

Initially that person will gain the weight in water weight but that’ll pass. As long as the calories are the same in both diets, nothing will change.
Question: Are there “diets” to put on weight?
I only want to put on about 15 or twenty pounds but I haven’t been able to. I’ve tried ensure, sex, had a child, cornbread, and all that other good stuff. NOTHING WORKS. I need a solution to this problem!!! PLEASE!!! I’d appreciate any feedback.

Drink whole milk, eat lots of bananas, peanut butter and other high fat or high calorie “real” foods. Stay away from high fat “junky stuff”. Eat the good wholesome foods, but feel free to make the higher calorie and higher fat choices, such as real mayo, real sour cream, beef, etc. Oh, what I would give to have your problem!!!!!!

Question: Question about “diets” and losing “water weight” plz answer?
I was wondering If every time we go on a diet, and we only lose “Water Weight” and gain it back as most people say…Then does this mean every single time I go on a diet and lose another 5-10pounds each time its still only water weight? Then how come this person looks skinnier and lost over 25pounds from diets? Is it ALL water weight??
This goes for all Quick-Loss diets.

Get your body fat tested or take measurements to make sure that it more than just water weight that you are losing.
